- New Macro: S/V Can't find order in portal
- Provides instructions on how to find orders in the portal.
- PRO TIP: Include the date of the order in the macro
- If you receive an email with the subject: Shop Houzz Vendor/Seller Cancelled an Order.
- If the item is single-merchant, cancel the order because it was canceled in the Portal
- If the item is multi-merchant, refund the item in the order (DO NOT CANCEL THE WHOLE ORDER!)
