If you are locked out of your Vendor Account because the email associated with your account is no longer valid, contact support for assistance. While your request to update the email is being processed, try logging in with the below temporary credentials:
- Email: [your new email]
- Password: [provided password]
You will be prompted to update your password via a login screen. Once you confirm a new password, you should be able to log in using your new email and password details.
